Not enough teachers availlable
I agree with you. I know the Directrice of a country side school (was assembled with another school) which has to care also about 3 kindergardens. There are simply not enough peooles which want to become a teacher. Age discrimination by removing everyone above the pension age would lead to a education desaster. I think, first the new teacher problem has to be solved, before the forced retirement can be affected.
